$60 million LOTTO MAX jackpot ticket sold in Toronto


TORONTO, March 19, 2016  - The sun is shining on Ontario! The $60 million LOTTO MAX jackpot ticket was sold in Toronto. The province also saw plenty of other big winners from the Friday, March 18, 2016 LOTTO MAX draw.

There were three winning MAXMILLIONS tickets sold in Ontario:
$1,000,000 – Milton area
$1,000,000 – Owen Sound area
$500,000 – Windsor (shared with another winning ticket)

There were three second prize-winning tickets, worth $159,177.80, sold in Brampton, the Burlington area and Toronto.

Also, there were three ENCORE tickets, worth $100,000 each, sold in Brampton, Milton and Orangeville.
Since its launch in September 2009, Ontario LOTTO MAX players have won over $2.9 billion, including 45 jackpot wins and 311 MAXMILLIONS prizes, right across the province.

For each $5 play, LOTTO MAX players receive three sets of seven numbers ranging from one to forty-nine. Players must match all seven numbers, in any one set, to win the jackpot and the MAXMILLIONSprizes.
